Enjoy select seafood including Botan shrimp, crabs, sea urchins, salmon roe, and more, which is delivered from all over Hokkaido fresh!
This course includes delicious local seafood such as big Botan shrimp, assorted seasonal sashimi, and two major crab platter of hairy crab, and king crab. We offer the most luxurious foods in Hokkaido.

Founded in 1976, we are concerned with the use of Hokkaido foods and offer seasonal fresh seafood and vegetables in order to please our customers.
It is our hope and mission to share the greatness of Hokkaido with as many people as possible through delicious food. All twelve staff members make exquisite dishes with love and sincerity using the freshest seasonal ingredients.

Reservation process

  • 1. Please fill out the “Reservation Form” to make a reservation.
  • 2. If there is any uncertainty regarding the details of the reservation, we will send an email to confirm the information.
  • 3. We will confirm with restaurants or other facilities whether the reservation can be made.
  • 4. Once the reservation is confirmed, a link for credit card payment will be sent by email. (The payment link will expire after 36 hours.)
  • 5. Payment will be settled online via credit card.
  • 6. The voucher will be sent by email once the payment has been processed.
  • 7. On the scheduled day, kindly show your voucher at the facility.
