Our Pride
Our chefs are highly skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to making local cuisine with seasonal fresh ingredients of Hokkaido. They will also arrange the tailor-made cuisine according to guests' requests.
Drinks
Suginome original Japanese sake, Kamui Misaki, is a dry sake with a light taste. Various Hokkaido Shochu and wines are also available.
Cautionary Items
・ A minimum of order for 2 persons is necessary.
・ Drinks are not included in the price. Please pay for your drinks at the restaurant.
・ A private room charge of 1,100 JPY (tax included) per room will be added to the bill.
・ If you wish to sit at the counter the price is 18,150 JPY per person (with tax and service charges). Please make your request known to the staff when you make your reservation.

Up to 9 days in advance ... Free of charge.
8 - 3 days in advance ... 20% of course price.
2 days in advance ... 50% of course price.
1 day in advance ... 100% of full coourse price.
Basic Restaurant Information
Suginome is situated inside of a stone kura, made of stately Sapporo soft stone. The building emanates a sense of history typical of Hokkaido, where guests can enjoy a leisurely meal in different private rooms with nostalgic atmosphere.

● We have one room that resembles a traditional Ainu "Chise." (3-4 persons)
This room provides guests the warmth of wood, and a peek into Ainu culture of Hokkaido.

Flow from Reservation to Use
- ・A customer apply for reservations through the reservation form.
*Application should be done until the noon of the day before the date of use.
*Reservation cannot be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. - ・If contents of application are not sufficient we would confirm detailed information with you by e-mail..
- ・We confirm whether the facility such as hotel or restaurant can take your reservation or not.
- ・If the reservation cannot be taken because of unavailability we inform you of that.
- ・We send you credit card payment link via e-mail when the reservation is taken.
- ・Guests settle the payment via credit card online paying system.
- ・We send you the voucher after the confirmation of your payment.
- ・You go to the reserved facility on the day and present the voucher.
