Our Pride
Our chef of 35 years gourmet experience will select his best lineup sushi, mostly consisting of the choicest foods of Hokkaido. We will take into account the requests of our guests, and create a special course custom-made just for you.

We are a Sushi restaurant situated in central Susukino, with 13 counter seats. Our guests can enjoy a cozy and comfortable atmosphere while they dine and chat with the cheerful chef and staff. Experience the quality of great hospitality and freshly made Nigiri sushi to your heart's content.

Chef's Pride
Our chef, Nobuo Ito, is a sushi chef who has been making sushi for 35 years at famous sushi restaurants in Sapporo and Tokyo. His strength lies in his ability to take in the requests of each and every guest, and create special dishes that are full of detail, not to mention extravagance. His insistence on using red vinegar to make a mild flavored sushi rice, helps to bring out the taste of the fresh seasonal seafood.

Flow from Reservation to Use
- ・A customer apply for reservations through the reservation form.
*Application should be done until the noon of the day before the date of use.
*Reservation cannot be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. - ・If contents of application are not sufficient we would confirm detailed information with you by e-mail..
- ・We confirm whether the facility such as hotel or restaurant can take your reservation or not.
- ・If the reservation cannot be taken because of unavailability we inform you of that.
- ・We send you credit card payment link via e-mail when the reservation is taken.
- ・Guests settle the payment via credit card online paying system.
- ・We send you the voucher after the confirmation of your payment.
- ・You go to the reserved facility on the day and present the voucher.
