Program Introduction
The "Shakunage Kaiseki" prepared in our open kitchen is a gorgeous feast for both the palate and the eyes. Our autumn limited menu perfectly incorporates Hokkaido's seasonal delicacies. From Aibetsu maitake mushrooms and autumn vegetables to the savory chestnut and mushroom rice, followed by a rich autumn dessert platter, you will spend a wonderful time surrounded by the autumn colors of our 80-year historic garden.

Elegant Western string performances rotating daily featuring the violin, cello, or viola.
* Seating Note: Live performances are only visible to guests dining in the "Hall". If you book a "Private Room (Koshitsu)", please understand that you will not be able to view the performance due to the distance.

A once-a-year special event! In the season when ELM GARDEN's Japanese garden is at its most beautiful with vibrant autumn leaves, we have prepared this unique autumn feast for you.
Warmly welcomed by a bonfire in the garden, you will savor the "Special Momiji Kaiseki" carefully crafted by our head chef. After the meal, enjoy an up-close special performance of traditional Japanese dance (Nihon Buyo) accompanied by flute and drums by a master of the Toryu school, followed by a serene post-meal tea ceremony. This is an excellent opportunity to deeply experience the beauty of Hokkaido's late autumn with all five senses.

Reservation process
- 1. Please fill out the “Reservation Form” to make a reservation.
- 2. If there is any uncertainty regarding the details of the reservation, we will send an email to confirm the information.
- 3. We will confirm with restaurants or other facilities whether the reservation can be made.
- 4. Once the reservation is confirmed, a link for credit card payment will be sent by email. (The payment link will expire after 36 hours.)
- 5. Payment will be settled online via credit card.
- 6. The voucher will be sent by email once the payment has been processed.
- 7. On the scheduled day, kindly show your voucher at the facility.
