The course is surrounded by the stunning autumn leaves of Obihiro City, and mouth-watering authentic Tokachi delicacies await you at the finish line. Important Notes
・Application Period: June 22, 2026 to August 30, 2026 (Limited slots available, first-come, first-served).
・Race Day: October 25, 2026 (Sunday).
・Location: Obihiro City, Tokachi, Hokkaido.
・The included hotel stay is fixed for 2 nights: October 24 (night before the race) and October 25 (race night), 2026. If you need to adjust your dates, please contact us to confirm availability and price.
・The Family Package includes 2 nights' accommodation for 1 adult and 1 elementary school student, plus official race entry fees for both.
・Flights or JR train tickets to and from Obihiro City must be arranged by the travelers. If you need assistance with booking, please contact us.
Cancellation Policy
・As the race entry is a specially secured resource, once successfully booked, the cancellation policy for personal reasons (unless the race is canceled by the organizers) is as follows:
・Cancellation before the application deadline: 50% cancellation fee
・Cancellation after the application deadline, before/on race day, or No-show: 100% cancellation fee

Reservation process
- 1. Please fill out the “Reservation Form” to make a reservation.
- 2. If there is any uncertainty regarding the details of the reservation, we will send an email to confirm the information.
- 3. We will confirm with restaurants or other facilities whether the reservation can be made.
- 4. Once the reservation is confirmed, a link for credit card payment will be sent by email. (The payment link will expire after 36 hours.)
- 5. Payment will be settled online via credit card.
- 6. The voucher will be sent by email once the payment has been processed.
- 7. On the scheduled day, kindly show your voucher at the facility.
