Celebrating its 80th anniversary in 2026, Elm Garden presents a commemorative kaiseki experience honoring the predecessor, Elm Villa, who shaped Hokkaido’s culinary culture.
Set within a 3,000-square-meter Japanese garden covered in snow, this immersive winter dining experience traces the 80-year journey of their traditional cuisine with projection mapping and traditionnal kaiseki course meals.

Reservation process
- 1. Please fill out the “Reservation Form” to make a reservation.
- 2. If there is any uncertainty regarding the details of the reservation, we will send an email to confirm the information.
- 3. We will confirm with restaurants or other facilities whether the reservation can be made.
- 4. Once the reservation is confirmed, a link for credit card payment will be sent by email. (The payment link will expire after 36 hours.)
- 5. Payment will be settled online via credit card.
- 6. The voucher will be sent by email once the payment has been processed.
- 7. On the scheduled day, kindly show your voucher at the facility.
