The course includes 8 to 9 dishes and offers a variety of dishes made with ingredients mainly from Hokkaido and plenty of seasonal vegetables.
The restaurants serves French cuisine that blends with the delicate Japanese food culture.

A message from Chef Masaaki Yokosuka

The restaurant name comes from the character “雅” (miyabi), meaning elegance and grace, taken from my own name “雅明” (Masaaki). I hope our cuisine, service, and atmosphere reflects this spirit, and that every guest who visits can feel that same sense of elegance during their time with us.
We value our connection with local producers, to offer a variety of dishes that bring out the full flavor of each ingredient.

Restaurant atmosphere
The restaurant's interior is characterized by a simple and sophisticated design with a white base. Counter seating offers a closer view of the chef, allowing guests to observe the preparation and plating of each dish, creating a calming and refined atmosphere, ideal for a special occasion.

Reservation process

  • 1. Please fill out the “Reservation Form” to make a reservation.
  • 2. If there is any uncertainty regarding the details of the reservation, we will send an email to confirm the information.
  • 3. We will confirm with restaurants or other facilities whether the reservation can be made.
  • 4. Once the reservation is confirmed, a link for credit card payment will be sent by email. (The payment link will expire after 36 hours.)
  • 5. Payment will be settled online via credit card.
  • 6. The voucher will be sent by email once the payment has been processed.
  • 7. On the scheduled day, kindly show your voucher at the facility.
