Important Registration Notes
- ・Entry fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.
- ・Running under another person's name is strictly prohibited.
- ・In case of event cancellation due to force majeure, refunds will be issued proportionally.
- ・The event may be canceled without refund if high temperatures (WBGT ≥ 28) pose a danger.
- ・Non-runners will receive a discount of 22,000 JPY per person for the race entry fee.
- ・The organizer reserves the right to use event images and videos.
- ・Starting Block
Participants will be assigned to starting blocks in the following order (regardless of JAAF membership):
1. Invited / elite runners and athletes selected by the Japan Blind Marathon Association
2. General runners with an official full marathon time of 3 hours 30 minutes or faster
3. Other general runners, based on their estimated finish time (from fastest to slowest)
・Runners with a time of 3:30:00 or faster, please submit a copy of your Record Certificate (net time acceptable) from a full marathon (domestic or international) held between January 1, 2021, and March 31, 2025. Submission is not required if your record is from the Hokkaido Marathon held from 2022 to 2025.
⚠️ If a certificate is not submitted by the deadline, runners will be assigned to starting blocks based on their estimated finish time.

Reservation process
- 1. Please fill out the “Reservation Form” to make a reservation.
- 2. If there is any uncertainty regarding the details of the reservation, we will send an email to confirm the information.
- 3. We will confirm with restaurants or other facilities whether the reservation can be made.
- 4. Once the reservation is confirmed, a link for credit card payment will be sent by email. (The payment link will expire after 36 hours.)
- 5. Payment will be settled online via credit card.
- 6. The voucher will be sent by email once the payment has been processed.
- 7. On the scheduled day, kindly show your voucher at the facility.

- ・Reservations made on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- ・For additional or specific requests, use the “Free field” section.
