Important Registration Notes
- Entry fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.
- Running under another person's name is strictly prohibited.
- In case of event cancellation due to force majeure, refunds will be issued proportionally.
- The event may be canceled without refund if high temperatures (WBGT ≥ 28) pose a danger.
- Non-runners will receive a discount of 22,000 JPY per person for the race entry fee.
- The organizer reserves the right to use event images and videos.

Reservation process
- 1. Please fill out the “Reservation Form” to make a reservation.
- 2. If there is any uncertainty regarding the details of the reservation, we will send an email to confirm the information.
- 3. We will confirm with restaurants or other facilities whether the reservation can be made.
- 4. Once the reservation is confirmed, a link for credit card payment will be sent by email. (The payment link will expire after 36 hours.)
- 5. Payment will be settled online via credit card.
- 6. The voucher will be sent by email once the payment has been processed.
- 7. On the scheduled day, kindly show your voucher at the facility.

- ・Reservations made on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese holidays will be processed on the next business day.
