• Marathon Date: Sunday, August 31, 2025
• Start Time: Wave Start at 8:30 AM & 8:45 AM
• Participant Limit: 20,000 runners
• Race Duration: 6 hours
• Distance: 42.195 km (Full Marathon Only)
Qualification
• Must be 19 years or older on race day
• Must be able to complete the full marathon within 6 hours
• High school students are not eligible

Day 1 🛬 August 30 (SAT)
New Chitose Airport → 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM Race Check-in (Odori Park 8-Chome) → Hotel
Day 2 🏃 August 31 (SUN)
Hotel → Hokkaido Marathon → Free time after the race & dinner (Recommended: Sapporo Clock Tower, Tanukikoji Shopping Street, Odori Park TV Tower) → Hotel
Day 3 🛫 September 1 (MON)
Hotel → New Chitose Airport

Accommodation Details
• Standard arrangement: Twin room, 2 people per room
• Single occupancy surcharge: ¥19,440 per person if booking alone or if no same-gender roommate is available
• Supporters (Non-runners): ¥36,000 per person (twin room)
• Single-room surcharge for supporters: ¥19,800
Registration Terms & Conditions
1. Once payment is confirmed, the registration is considered complete, and the participant agrees to all terms & conditions.
2. No refunds for cancellations due to personal reasons.
3. No proxy running (substitutes are strictly prohibited). If discovered, the entry will be canceled. Any false declaration of age, gender, or other details will also result in disqualification. If the participant disrupts event operations, the organizer may revoke their entry. No refunds will be given in such cases.
4. Refund Policy in Case of Event Cancellation:
• Before June 30: 50% refund
• July 1 - July 31: 20% refund
• August 1 - Race Day: No refunds
• If extreme heat is expected, the race may be canceled at the last minute. No refunds will be issued. If the Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) exceeds 28, the race may be called off. The organizer will refer to the Japan Ministry of Environment WBGT index to make adjustments, such as changing course checkpoints or cutoff times.
5. The organizer is only responsible for emergency first aid in case of illness or accident, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
6. Participants must follow all race rules and comply with organizer decisions. If a participant is deemed unfit to continue, the organizer may recommend withdrawal. Any cheating, such as shortcutting the course, will result in a lifetime ban from future events.
7. Participants agree that their name, age, gender, address (country, prefecture, city), race results, and images may be used in media such as newspapers, TV (including commercials), magazines, websites, and brochures. All publication rights belong to the organizer, and participants waive any portrait rights.
8. The organizer will comply with personal information protection laws and handle participant data securely. Data may be used for race notifications, result announcements, coordination with race officials, and emergency medical response. The organizer or its subcontractors may contact participants to confirm registration details.
