About the restaurant
Based on Japanese cuisine, mixing the essence of the world.
The food, including the specialty clay pot rice, offers a fusion of Japanese and international cuisine. The meal is a dish that can only be enjoyed with this course, and the chef will prepare it right in front of you.
A course meal with free-flow (all-you-can-drink) is served at the Kokon Room on the third floor, limited to eight people per day. You can enjoy all the drinks available in the restaurant. In addition to the wines, craft gin, sake, etc. listed on the menu, there are also drinks that are only available to those ordering the course, such as limited production or limited-time drinks. The alcoholic beverages are mainly natural wines and craft gins that go well with the food.

Restaurant atmosphere
The first floor has a lively counter surrounding the kitchen. On the second floor, you can relax at the large counter facing the window. On the third floor, you can enjoy a course meal prepared right in front of you and free-flowing all-you-can-drink.

Reservation process
- 1. Please fill out the “Reservation Form” to make a reservation.
- 2. If there is any uncertainty regarding the details of the reservation, we will send an email to confirm the information.
- 3. We will confirm with restaurants or other facilities whether the reservation can be made.
- 4. Once the reservation is confirmed, a link for credit card payment will be sent by email. (The payment link will expire after 36 hours.)
- 5. Payment will be settled online via credit card.
- 6. The voucher will be sent by email once the payment has been processed.
- 7. On the scheduled day, kindly show your voucher at the facility.
