● Itinerary for the day
［ 8:50 ］
  Meet with your driver in your hotel lobby (meeting time can be adjusted)
［ 9:00 ］
  Leave your hotel and head to Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort.
・Fill out the ski equipment rental form in the car.
・ After arriving at the ski resort, go to the rental corner with your driver.
・ While you are completing the rental procedure, the driver will collect and hand over your lift ticket.
［ 16:00 ］  Meet with your driver and leave the ski resort to head to your hotel (meeting time can be adjusted)

Cautionary Items
・ 1 - 4 persons can participate.
・ Please make reservations 3 days in advance.
・ Please fill out your staying hotel in the REMARKS of the reservation form.
・ If there is a change in pick-up or drop off time for the trip, please let the driver know in advance before departing.
・ Taxi service is a direct transfer between the ski resort and the hotel without stops. Please understand that if you wish to make side stops, an extra fee will be charged. Please let us know in advance if you want to make a stop.
・ Fare does not include expressway fees. Expressway fees will be charged separately.
・ The ski resort is subject to close in adverse weather conditions. 
・ If you wish to cancel your trip, please let us know in advance.

Cancellation Policy
Up to 7 days in advance ... Free of charge.
6~3 days in advance ... 50% of course price.
2 day in advance~on the day ... 100% of course price.

Reservation process

  • 1. Please fill out the “Reservation Form” to make a reservation.
  • 2. If there is any uncertainty regarding the details of the reservation, we will send an email to confirm the information.
  • 3. We will confirm with restaurants or other facilities whether the reservation can be made.
  • 4. Once the reservation is confirmed, a link for credit card payment will be sent by email. (The payment link will expire after 36 hours.)
  • 5. Payment will be settled online via credit card.
  • 6. The voucher will be sent by email once the payment has been processed.
  • 7. On the scheduled day, kindly show your voucher at the facility.

  • ・Reservations should be made at least 4 days in advance.
  • ・Reservations made on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • ・For additional or specific requests, use the “Free field” section.
  • ・You will be notified if the reservation cannot be confirmed due to full capacity, or other reasons.
