Important notes
・Season: Mid December to early March.
・The facility will be closed on January 1st.
・Snow activities and operating hours may vary depending on snowfall. Please check the official website before visiting.
・For safety reasons, sleds and other items are not permitted.
・We recommend bringing appropriate clothing to play in the snow.
Examples: Warm winter clothing such as ski wear, waterproof shoes such as boots, knit hats, gloves, etc.
・Clothes rentals are available on-site on the day, but numbers are limited.
・Large baggage (such as carry-on suitcases) can be stored free of charge at the front desk on the day of your visit.
About children aged 5 and under
・Children aged 5 and under are free to enter.
・Children aged 3 to 5 can enjoy tubing, snow rafting, and cross-country skiing free of charge when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
・Please note that mini snowmobiles and four-wheeled buggies are single-seater vehicles. For safety reasons, this vehicles cannot be ridden by children under 6, even with a parent or guardian.

Reservation Form
Reservation process
- 1. Please fill out the “Reservation Form” to make a reservation.
- 2. If there is any uncertainty regarding the details of the reservation, we will send an email to confirm the information.
- 3. We will confirm with restaurants or other facilities whether the reservation can be made.
- 4. Once the reservation is confirmed, a link for credit card payment will be sent by email. (The payment link will expire after 36 hours.)
- 5. Payment will be settled online via credit card.
- 6. The voucher will be sent by email once the payment has been processed.
- 7. On the scheduled day, kindly show your voucher at the facility.
