This is a two-day, one-night course departing and returning to Sapporo.

Same day: 100% cancellation fee
The day before: 50% cancellation fee
Up to 2 days in advance: 40% cancellation fee
Up to 7 days in advance: 30% cancellation fee
Up to 20 days in advance: 20% cancellation fee

Reservation process
- 1. Please fill out the “Reservation Form” to make a reservation.
- 2. If there is any uncertainty regarding the details of the reservation, we will send an email to confirm the information.
- 3. We will confirm with restaurants or other facilities whether the reservation can be made.
- 4. Once the reservation is confirmed, a link for credit card payment will be sent by email. (The payment link will expire after 36 hours.)
- 5. Payment will be settled online via credit card.
- 6. The voucher will be sent by email once the payment has been processed.
- 7. On the scheduled day, kindly show your voucher at the facility.
