Important notes

・ The observatory is not available during special events or maintenance periods.
・ Only one private booking per night is accepted. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.
・ On-site service is available in Japanese only.
・ Please enter your preferred illumination colors (entry & exit) in the Remarks section of the reservation form.
　 Available colors: red, blue, yellow, green, purple, orange, pink, white, rainbow.
・ Please provide your own playlist in MP3 or similar format. A default playlist will be used if no playlist is submitted.

Cancellation policy

Up to 13 days before: Free of charge

12 to 2 days before: 50% cancellation fee

The day before or same day: 100％ cancellation fee

Reservation process

  • 1. Please fill out the “Reservation Form” to make a reservation.
  • 2. If there is any uncertainty regarding the details of the reservation, we will send an email to confirm the information.
  • 3. We will confirm with restaurants or other facilities whether the reservation can be made.
  • 4. Once the reservation is confirmed, a link for credit card payment will be sent by email. (The payment link will expire after 36 hours.)
  • 5. Payment will be settled online via credit card.
  • 6. The voucher will be sent by email once the payment has been processed.
  • 7. On the scheduled day, kindly show your voucher at the facility.

  • ・Reservations should be made at least 4 days in advance.
  • ・Reservations made on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • ・For additional or specific requests, use the “Free field” section.
  • ・You will be notified if the reservation cannot be confirmed due to full capacity, or other reasons.
