Drinks
Beginning with our Sushizen original sake Yuki No Hana, we have plenty of labels of sake, shochu, and wines that accentuate our delicious sushi.

Sushizen Main Store is located in a serene residential area near the Hokkaido Shrine. There are three counters, and a VIP room (Private separate room) to accommodate our guests in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, where seasonal delicacies from all over Japan can be enjoyed.

VIP Room (Private Separate Room)
We have a private separate room that can be chartered with a prior reservation. Use of the room will incur a 5% room charge based on your tab total. Normally, the room is rented to parties of 5 persons or more, but can be rented for less number of people with a charter fee. Room fee and charter fee will be paid separately on site.

We carry a large selection of the finest ingredients from Hokkaido as well as other parts of Japan. No efforts are spared in preparing delicious foods cooked Japanese Edo style, either stewed, grilled, steamed, cured, or pickled. We look forward to serving you the ultimate in Sushi dining.

Flow from Reservation to Use
- ・A customer apply for reservations through the reservation form.
*Application should be done until the noon of the day before the date of use.
*Reservation cannot be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. - ・If contents of application are not sufficient we would confirm detailed information with you by e-mail..
- ・We confirm whether the facility such as hotel or restaurant can take your reservation or not.
- ・If the reservation cannot be taken because of unavailability we inform you of that.
- ・We send you credit card payment link via e-mail when the reservation is taken.
- ・Guests settle the payment via credit card online paying system.
- ・We send you the voucher after the confirmation of your payment.
- ・You go to the reserved facility on the day and present the voucher.
