・Smoking seats are available.

・The entire experience lasts around 90 minutes.
・Menu changes cannot be accommodated on the same day.
・Additional food or beverages are available for an extra fee.
・The facility may be occasionally closed for ring maintenance, etc.
・Staff speaking foreign languages may not be available on your requested date.
・A souvenir gift shop is available on site.

Cancellation policy

21-30 days before: 10％ cancellation fee

20-10 days before: 30% cancellation fee

9-5 days before: 50% cancellation fee

4-2 days before: 70% cancellation fee

The day before or same day: 100％ cancellation fee

  • 1. Please fill out the “Reservation Form” to make a reservation.
  • 2. If there is any uncertainty regarding the details of the reservation, we will send an email to confirm the information.
  • 3. We will confirm with restaurants or other facilities whether the reservation can be made.
  • 4. Once the reservation is confirmed, a link for credit card payment will be sent by email. (The payment link will expire after 36 hours.)
  • 5. Payment will be settled online via credit card.
  • 6. The voucher will be sent by email once the payment has been processed.
  • 7. On the scheduled day, kindly show your voucher at the facility.
