5 to 2 days before: 50% cancellation fee

The day before or same day: 100％ cancellation fee

Reservation Form

Reservation process

1. Please fill out the “Reservation Form” to make a reservation.
2. If there is any uncertainty regarding the details of the reservation, we will send an email to confirm the information.
3. We will confirm with restaurants or other facilities whether the reservation can be made.
4. Once the reservation is confirmed, a link for credit card payment will be sent by email. (The payment link will expire after 36 hours.)
5. Payment will be settled online via credit card.
6. The voucher will be sent by email once the payment has been processed.
7. On the scheduled day, kindly show your voucher at the facility.

・Reservations made on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese holidays will be processed on the next business day.
