* The following is a standard itinerary for reference. As this is a private VIP transfer, the exact pick-up time is flexible and can be adjusted based on your preferences prior to the trip.

• 08:00 ｜ Effortless Hotel Pick-up
  Your private driver will wait at the lobby of your Sapporo city hotel. No need to haul heavy luggage to a meeting point—step directly into your warm, comfortable vehicle.
• 09:30 ｜ Arrive & Gear Up Smoothly
  Arrive at Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort. Pick up your pre-booked lift pass and full set of rental wear/gear, change up, and step straight into the winter wonderland.
• 10:00 - 15:30 ｜ Pure Powder Snow Experience
  Enjoy a full day of free skiing on Hokkaido’s famous JAPOW (Japan Powder). Take a break whenever you wish to grab a hot bowl of ramen or curry at the resort's scenic cafeteria (*Note: Lunch is at your own expense and is not included in the package).
• 16:00 ｜ Return Gear & Depart
  After an exhilarating day, return your rental equipment. Your private driver will be waiting just outside—no need to stand in the freezing cold waiting for a crowded bus. Sit back and relax.
• 17:30 ｜ Hotel Drop-off
  Arrive safely back at your hotel in Sapporo, concluding a perfect and hassle-free snow day.

* Child Discount: A discount of 7,000 JPY per child (under 12) will be deducted from the total price above.

◆ Important Notes & Remarks

• [Rental Equipment Information] Upon booking confirmation, please provide the rental details for all participants so we can prepare your gear in advance. Required details include: Full Name, Gender, Age, Nationality, Height (cm), Shoe Size (cm), and preference for Ski or Snowboard.
• [Personal Accessories Note] Please note that helmets, gloves, and beanies/hats are not included in this package. We recommend bringing your own or renting/purchasing them directly at the ski resort.
• [Transfer Area & Details] The private transfer service included in this package is strictly limited to locations within Sapporo city. Please provide the exact name and address of your hotel in Sapporo when booking. We will arrange your private vehicle accordingly and confirm the exact pick-up time prior to your trip.
• [Weather & Resort Operations] Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort typically opens around November 20th. However, operations are subject to weather and snow conditions (e.g., strong winds causing lift closures, or insufficient snow). The resort may temporarily suspend operations due to these factors.
• [Force Majeure & Refunds] In the event of a resort closure due to such unforeseeable weather conditions, we will contact you first thing in the morning and assist with a refund. If the vehicle has already departed, we will issue a partial refund for the unused lift passes and rental equipment based on actual usage.

◆ Cancellation Policy

* Cancellations made for personal reasons will be strictly subject to the cancellation policy below. Please read and understand this before booking:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled date will incur no cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to the scheduled date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled date, or no-shows, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
