Period: December to end of March
Meeting Point: Maruyama Park Entrance 3
Transportation: Pickup is available for those residing outside the city or tourists (hotel pickup within the city center)
Duration: Approximately 3 hours (18:00–21:00)
Participation Requirements:
- Elementary school age and above
- Minimum of 2 participants

Items to prepare on the day:
Though there won't be intense physical activity, recommended equipment for venturing into the forest includes:
- Cold-resistant clothing (waterproof, both upper and lower, gloves)
- Comfortable attire (clothes and pants that can get dirty)
- Suitable footwear (such as snow boots)
- Hat, gloves, scarf, etc.
- Towel
- Snacks, tissues, etc.
Notes:
- The tour has a limited capacity, and as we prefer a small group setting for the enjoyment of participants, last-minute reservations may be challenging. Please book in advance once decided.
- Even during the specified period, there may be cases where the tour cannot be conducted.
- The itinerary of the tour may change or be canceled due to weather conditions or disasters.
Cancellation/Changes:
Cancellation fees apply for cancellations due to customer circumstances. Please acknowledge and pay the cancellation fee upon application.
7-3 days prior: 30%, 2 days prior: 50%, the day before 70%, on the day: 100%
Cancellation or no-show after the start of the trip: 100%
* In case the tour is canceled on the day due to inclement weather, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Participation fee:
- Per person: 28,250 yen
- For 2 or more participants: 16,950 yen per person
Included in the fee:
- Guide fee, insurance fee
- Wine and snacks
Not included in the fee:
Personal snacks, etc.
Reservation Form
Flow from Reservation to Use
- ・A customer apply for reservations through the reservation form.
*Application should be done until the noon of the day before the date of use.
*Reservation cannot be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. - ・If contents of application are not sufficient we would confirm detailed information with you by e-mail..
- ・We confirm whether the facility such as hotel or restaurant can take your reservation or not.
- ・If the reservation cannot be taken because of unavailability we inform you of that.
- ・We send you credit card payment link via e-mail when the reservation is taken.
- ・Guests settle the payment via credit card online paying system.
- ・We send you the voucher after the confirmation of your payment.
- ・You go to the reserved facility on the day and present the voucher.
