Basic equipment is provided so that you can relax.
Explore the mystical snow-covered forest. Coffee time in the forest is a special experience.
Immerse yourself in the world of white silver while listening to the chirping of birds.
The bar time by the campfire is also exceptional.
*Treehouse option is available. Consultation is welcome.
Duration: December 20th to the end of March
Meeting Point: Subway Maruyama Koen Station
Transfer: Available for residents outside the city and tourists (Hotel pickup in the city center can be arranged)
Duration:
Approximately 6 hours (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
9:00 AM: Meet in Sapporo
Transfer to a private campsite in the city
10:00 AM: Open your heart with a forest walk and bird-watching
12:30 PM: Lunchtime in the forest
1:00 PM: Tea time around the campfire
3:00 PM: Return to Sapporo
4:00 PM: Dismissal
Participation Requirements:
- Elementary school students and above
- Minimum of 2 participants

- Private tours are also available
Items to Bring on the Day:
While there won't be intense physical activity, recommended equipment for the forest trip includes:
- Comfortable clothing (warm and clothes that can get dirty)
- Comfortable shoes (such as snow boots for outdoor activities)
- Hat, gloves, sunglasses, sunscreen (UV protection)
- Change of clothes, towel, etc.
- Snacks, tissues, etc.
Note:
- The program has a maximum capacity. To ensure participants have a good time, we operate in small groups, and last-minute reservations may be challenging. Please book in advance once you decide.
- The tour may not be conducted during the specified period.
- The itinerary of the tour may change or be canceled due to weather conditions or disasters.
Cancellation/Changes:
Cancellation fees apply for cancellations due to customer reasons. Please understand and make the payment before applying.
7-3 days before: 30%, 2 days before: 50%, the day before: 70%, the day of: 100%
Cancellation and non-participation after the start of the trip: 100%
*If the tour is canceled due to inclement weather, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Individual: ¥39,550, Group: ¥73,450 (2 to 4 participants)
Included in the Fee:
Private campsite usage fee, free transfer from the meeting point
Complete equipment set for the Day Camp (snacks and drinks included), guide fee, insurance fee
Not Included in the Fee:
Transportation costs to the meeting point, ingredients, and beverages not provided (alcohol, etc.)
Reservation Form
Flow from Reservation to Use
- ・A customer apply for reservations through the reservation form.
*Application should be done until the noon of the day before the date of use.
*Reservation cannot be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. - ・If contents of application are not sufficient we would confirm detailed information with you by e-mail..
- ・We confirm whether the facility such as hotel or restaurant can take your reservation or not.
- ・If the reservation cannot be taken because of unavailability we inform you of that.
- ・We send you credit card payment link via e-mail when the reservation is taken.
- ・Guests settle the payment via credit card online paying system.
- ・We send you the voucher after the confirmation of your payment.
- ・You go to the reserved facility on the day and present the voucher.
