10:00 Arrival at Kasasawa Lake, change clothes, and move to the fishing spot
10:30-12:30 approx. Experience smelt fishing on Kasasawa Lake
12:30 approx. Change clothes and move to EKARA
13:30 Lunch at Restaurant EKARA in the Field
14:30 Return to Sapporo
15:30 Dismissal

・When applying, please provide the full names, gender, ages, and contact numbers (mobile phones or reachable on the day) of all participants.
・Please bring your own outerwear for cold weather.
・Free rental of rubber boots and cold-weather wear is available, so please notify us if needed during the application.
・If you do not need free rental, please inform us in advance.

・For safety reasons, please follow the guide's instructions on-site.
・If accompanying children, please keep an eye on them at all times.
・Please take your garbage with you. (Trash bags will be provided)
・Smoking is prohibited inside the tent, so please smoke outside with a portable ashtray.
・Considering safety factors such as inclement weather or the freezing status of the lake, fishing spots and transportation methods may change.
・Due to various conditions, smelt fishing may not be successful, but there is no refund, so please be aware in advance.
Cancellation/Changes:
Cancellation fees apply for cancellations due to customer convenience.
Please understand and pay the cancellation fee before applying.
7-3 days prior: 30%, 2 days prior: 50%, day before: 70%, on the day: 100%
Cancellation and non-participation without notice after the start of the trip: 100%
※In the event of cancellation on the day due to inclement weather, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Flow from Reservation to Use
- ・A customer apply for reservations through the reservation form.
*Application should be done until the noon of the day before the date of use.
*Reservation cannot be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. - ・If contents of application are not sufficient we would confirm detailed information with you by e-mail..
- ・We confirm whether the facility such as hotel or restaurant can take your reservation or not.
- ・If the reservation cannot be taken because of unavailability we inform you of that.
- ・We send you credit card payment link via e-mail when the reservation is taken.
- ・Guests settle the payment via credit card online paying system.
- ・We send you the voucher after the confirmation of your payment.
- ・You go to the reserved facility on the day and present the voucher.
